No, so long as the item you want is requestable, any library item from CVTC or the MORE consortium are free to borrow. Interlibrary Loan is free to all eligible users (current CVTC students and staff only).  However, any fines related to late, lost, or damaged items will be billed to the requesting patron by the lending library.
